2) Inspection & Evidence PackageProof
Evidence package includes:
- Walk-around + key function tests (swing, travel, boom/stick/bucket)
- Smoke color / leaks / abnormal noise notes
- Close-ups: pins/bushings, hoses, pump area, track shoes/rollers, cab interior
- Loading proof (photos/video) when shipped
3) Quotation & ConfirmationPI
We confirm: unit details, price, Incoterms/terms, destination port, shipping method, timeline.
Then we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with a unique PI number.
4) Payment & Risk ControlSafe
Deposit to lock the unit: 20% (Western Union online or T/T).
Balance: 80% before loading / release (or per agreed terms).
L/C option: L/C at sight can be discussed for large orders (optional, country/bank dependent).
Risk-control policy:

5) Shipping & LoadingLogistics
We choose Ro-Ro / Container / Bulk based on destination and size.
You receive ETD/ETA, loading photos/video, and seal number (if container).
6) Documents & TrackingDocs
Documents typically include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and B/L (draft confirmation before final).
We provide tracking updates until arrival.
