Responsibilities
- Develop dealer and end-user relationships in Africa, Middle East, South Asia, and Latin America
- Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp/Facebook), qualify needs, and follow up with evidence packs
- Prepare quotations, shipping options, and coordinate inspection/booking timelines
- Maintain CRM-style records and improve conversion through structured follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (machinery / industrial products preferred)
- Strong written communication; comfortable with WhatsApp-based sales process
- Fast response, discipline, and ability to work across time zones
Preferred
- Experience in heavy equipment / construction machinery
- Spanish/Arabic/Swahili/Hindi or other market language is a plus
QS Inspector (Used Equipment)
Responsibilities
- Perform outgoing inspection: appearance, hydraulics, undercarriage, cabin, nameplate/ID, start-up tests
- Record standardized photo/video evidence and compile Evidence Packs
- Coordinate with mechanics for rectification and re-check before shipment
- Support third-party inspections and certification requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering/mechanical preferred)
- 1+ year inspection/quality experience (heavy equipment preferred)
- Detail-oriented, consistent standards, able to follow checklist and documentation
- Comfortable with video recording and evidence documentation
Preferred
- Experience with CAT / Komatsu / Doosan models
- Ability to read basic technical documentation
Swahili Translator (Sales Support)
Responsibilities
- Translate chats/calls with Swahili-speaking customers and support sales follow-ups
- Assist with documents: quotations, inspection summaries, shipping notes
- Help localize short marketing copy for WhatsApp/Facebook
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent Swahili + English (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong professional communication and confidentiality
- Fast response during working hours
Preferred
- Experience in B2B trade, machinery, or logistics
- Ability to interpret on video calls
